Beyond the Pitch is an independent multimedia platform dedicated to telling stories that exist outside of the final whistle.
The idea was born through passion for sport, culture, and authentic storytelling, the platform focuses on the people, journeys and realities that often go unseen with modern sport. The long form interviews and feature articles to multimedia content and visual storytelling, Beyond the Pitch aims to give athletes, creatives and communities a space to be heard in a more honest and meaningful way.
Created by a Sports Journalism graduate from the University of East London, Beyond the Pitch was built on the belief that sport is way more than just results, statistics and headlines. Behind every athlete, coach, creator or supporter is a deeper story shaped by sacrifice, pressure and resilience.
